  • Standard turn-around time for a revision is 24-48 hours depending on the nature and complexity of the revision.

Resumes and related products

Download Credits

Download credits can be purchased from the Credit Purchase Page within the membership portion of the Site. Credits can be purchased online with VISA and MasterCard, or alternative payment methods. Payments will show as “Contentpulse” on your bank/card statement.

The price of credits purchased through the Site will be the price specified in the Site at the time of your purchase. Upon presentation of credit card information the purchaser warrants that he/she is the cardholder and that the billing information provided is accurate. By approving the purchase of the product or service, you authorize ContentPulsePro to charge the designated credit card, or PayPal account, for the total amount of the purchase.

Fees, Payments and Refunds

To purchase our products or services, you must create a customer account and agree to settle all charges in full before we commence work on your project. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account login credentials. Our copywriters will only begin working on your project once full payment has been received. 

Our services are renowned for their exceptional quality, thorough proofreading, and commitment to delivering plagiarism-free content that aligns with your provided instructions. Refund requests for completed and delivered projects are evaluated on an individual basis.

Refund policy

ContentPulsePro offers a full refund in the event of non-delivery of the agreed-upon service. However, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If the customer’s page cannot be published due to lack of notability.
  • If the customer had not been fully transparent in providing information about any and all previous attempts to create their Wikipedia page.
  • If the customer (after the service has been delivered) has a change of mind i.e., they do not want the purchased service due to any reason.
  • If the customer wants information in the draft that in any way does not comply with Wikipedia policies and seeks a refund due to that.
  • If the customer has been blocked/banned by Wikipedia due to prior attempts to creating a page.
  • If the customer’s page goes down for any reason after more than 14 days of the page going live on Wikipedia.
  • If the customer requests edits on their page that do not comply with Wikipedia policies.

Customer Product Cancellation Policy

If the delivered product fails to meet your expectations, a refund may be possible in specific situations. To initiate a refund request, please reach out to us via email at support@contentpulsepro.com. After sending the refund request, you can anticipate a response from us via email within 48 hours.

Customer Account Cancellation Policy

In order to request the closing of your account, you must get in contact with us via email at support@contentpulsepro.com. Once the request has been sent, you can expect an email back from us within 48 hours.

All content, trademarks, logos, and graphical work displayed on our site are original and rightfully owned by ContentPulse OÜ. Thus, protected by copyright law, meaning that you do not have the right to use, copy, download or distribute any content displayed on our site. Should you be found guilty of copyright infringements, we will terminate your account immediately and shall report and prosecute lawbreakers of our copyrights.

Customer Rights

Upon receiving full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for written content produced by us is transferred to you. Thus, you will receive the exclusive licence and right to display, use, reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify written products for you to use freely on any media or communication platform.

Age

Natural persons with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years old may register as members. It is expressly prohibited to register a user account for third parties without their consent.

Your complaint will be reviewed by our internal dispute resolution committee, as they are independent from our complaint handling team and are committed to reviewing disputes objectively, fairly and efficiently.

We will respond to your dispute with a written internal dispute determination within ten (10) business days provided we have all necessary information and have completed any investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our review at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.

Applicable law

This website can be accessed from all territories of Estonia, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of Estonia, by accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Estonia (without reference to conflicts of laws principles).

You also agree that any claims or disputes whatsoever arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia and acknowledge that you do so voluntarily.
